How the controlled Influence pilot handles account, campaign-request, and creator-snapshot information.

Last updated July 15, 2026

Information used by the pilot

The pilot uses the approved owner account, authentication and security records, the campaign requests the owner submits, and structured product state needed to provide the experience.

Creator recommendations come from a sanitized snapshot of public marketplace facts. The product snapshot excludes creator email, phone, payment, credential, private-order, and private-contact data.

How information is used

We use submitted requests to operate the agent, return creator options, protect the pilot, troubleshoot failures, and later coordinate an explicitly started campaign. Creator profile text and customer input are treated as untrusted facts, never as authority to change product rules or expose private information.

Storage and service providers

Authentication and product records are stored with the configured application providers. Agent sessions may be processed by Vercel Eve and the configured model provider. The browser stores only a bounded, versioned session cursor and sanitized Explore projection in session storage so the current view can reconnect within that browser tab.

Internal app access to raw agent-session history is limited after 30 days of inactivity. Physical deletion behavior is still being verified and is a gate before any external-customer launch.

Choices and support

Signing out or starting a new exploration clears the browser's saved Explore cursor. For an access, correction, or deletion question, contact us through the support page.
