How the controlled Influence pilot handles account, campaign-request, and creator-snapshot information.

Last updated July 15, 2026

Information used by the pilot

The pilot uses the approved owner account, authentication and security records, the campaign requests the owner submits, and structured product state needed to provide the experience.

Creator recommendations come from a sanitized snapshot of verified public creator facts. The product snapshot excludes creator email, phone, payment, credential, private-order, and private-contact data.

When the owner submits a brand website, the pilot reads bounded public pages and may search for a small set of sourced comparable brands to build editable Brand Context. It stores normalized facts, official domains, bounded source URLs, progress, and observed time—not raw page HTML, raw social posts, hidden model reasoning, or raw provider responses.

How information is used

We use submitted requests to operate the agent, return creator options, protect the pilot, troubleshoot failures, and later coordinate an explicitly started campaign. Creator profile text and customer input are treated as untrusted facts, never as authority to change product rules or expose private information.

Storage and service providers

Authentication and product records are stored with the configured application providers. Public website and comparable-brand research is processed by the configured bounded research providers. Agent sessions may be processed by Vercel Eve and the configured model provider.

Convex stores the owner's bounded Explore transcript, factual activity events, selected opaque creator references, resumable session cursor, and sanitized creator-result view so the current workspace survives navigation, sign-out, and a change of device. Browser session storage is limited to a short-lived Campaign-draft retry identifier; the theme preference is stored locally.

Internal app access to raw agent-session history is limited after 30 days of inactivity. Physical deletion behavior is still being verified and is a gate before any external-customer launch.

Choices and support

Starting over clears the current saved Explore workspace and detaches its research run. Signing out clears browser retry state. For an access, correction, or deletion question, contact us through the support page.
